Welcome to the PTA section.

The Friends of St. Francis is a group of volunteer parents that come together to work collaboratively with school to fundraise, so that the children of  St. Francis Primary School and Nursery are all provided with additional enrichment activities, resources and tools which can’t be funded from the school’s normal budget.

Friends of SFPS is a registered charity (membership number 1115657).  Each parent is automatically part of the Friends community and is welcome to support and contribute as much as they are able.

Friends organise some key highlights in the school year, with Summer and Christmas Fayres, Easter Egg Hunts and Movie nights being just a small selection of the many much anticipated events.

Friends have a management committee that is elected annually at the Annual General Meeting, and they also meet regularly. The dates for these meetings are advertised in the school newsletter and everyone is welcome to attend.

The school website will also be used to publish and promote any material arising from Friends activities to give the widest possible audience to the efforts and activities undertaken to support the school through this body.
